Organized by the Committee of the Communist Party of Cuba, the workers of the Logistics Business Group debated the aspects of the Helms-Burton Law, the essences, the background and the historical context, making an assessment of our responsibility as Cuban and worker for know its extraterritorial nature and the illegal nature of its precepts.

The Process of Integrated Human Capital Management in our Business Group has as a general objective for this year to promote the integral development of highly qualified human capital, ensuring living, working conditions, its protection and stability, creating a positive organizational work environment. For this purpose, an adequate personnel administration process must be established to guarantee discipline and use of the optimum working day and a coherent organization of work, in addition to complying with the curriculum of work organization in its entirety of actions.

The economic impact of Gelma's new management model is implemented as of 2014, bringing the inputs and equipment closer to the producers and inserting the provision of specialized technical services in the 229 points of sale that make up the system's sales network, added together the 154 Shopping Centers, the 23 sub-headquarters of the plain and the 52 sub-headquarters of the mountain.

The first meeting between psychologists of the system was held today at the Central Office of the Logistics Business Group. In the UEB 26 of July of the Company of Agricultural Workshops of the Business Group was officially received the delivery of a special donation of the Government of India. With the presence of the Deputy Minister of Agriculture Idael Pérez Brito and the Ambassador of India His Excellency Mr. Tsewang Namgyal. The donation is valued at 5 million dollars, it is composed of 60 tractors, in addition to other agricultural implements.
