Participation in courses is part of the training and improvement plan for human resources in the EICMA. An annual plan projected based on the demand for professional growth is executed every year.

The Psychology Course for Entrepreneurs and Communication Skills for Effective Management, recently held at the Habana Libre hotel, were included in the 2019 actions. Mr. Raciel Pupo Vázquez, a psychologist at EICMA was part of the students.

“It helped us not only to update knowledge but also to have management tools. With this we can make better projections and accompany the development process of our entity, ”said Pupo Vázquez.
