Gelma will have to face the following challenges:

1. Develop market research that focuses on identifying customers, requiring knowing what they really want and demand.
2. Stimulate creativity and put people to think and search for new solutions to problems.
3. Manage the intangible to increase the added value in the services we provide and / or the productions.
   

4. Conceiving Gelma as the center of the Integral Logistic System of the agricultural sector of the country and one of the protagonists in the transformations of this.
5. Be inserted in projects that ensure financial support as an essential part of the development program until 2030.
6. Implement the approved development plan according to the stages planned to achieve and strengthen the integral transformations.
7. Conceiving management management as a process in which the organization interacts with its environment in strategic matters, linked to development and obtaining results in computerization and; government and electronic commerce.

A panorama and a new world is glimpsed before us, the vision of the Cuban nation is defined as sovereign, independent, socialist, democratic, prosperous and sustainable.

It summarizes the aspirations of our people of which we are a part.

Let's assume the new challenges that history presents.

Today more than ever the homeland needs us and as Martí said: "to love the past glories, they draw strength to acquire the new glories".
