As implementation of Guideline 253 of the XII Congress of the Communist Party of Cuba, in the updating of the social economic model, the organization has a logistics system integrated methodologically led by GELMA, made up of the business system Gelma and the Engineering Companies, Technical Services and Specialized Logistics of the rest of the OSDE, (Agriculture, Agroforestry, Livestock, TABACUBA and LABIOFAM).

In our entity, starting in 2017, the logistic system of the organization begins to be consolidated, using the Logistics Operation as a central collegiate body for tactical decision-making and the search for solutions to production priorities with the participation of all, using as a fundamental premise cooperation. Today all these companies are in the process of improvement.

Strengths of system integration:

• Through Logistic Operation, decision making is integrated in order to meet the priorities of the productive processes, gaining opportunity and agility in the responses.
• Efficiency increases in the use of transport depending on the organism, gaining in intentionality in attention to priorities and productive campaigns.
• It facilitates quick and joint solutions based on an analysis of available inventories in light of the deficit of certain resources.

For their contributions to the Integral Logistics of the organism during the year the Companies of TABACUBA and the EASIG were recognized.
