In correspondence with Guidelines No. 2, 5, 6, 7, 27, 252, 255, 269 and 271 of the Economic and Social Policy of the Party and the Revolution and the implementation of Resolution 60/11 of the Office of the Comptroller General of the Republic (CGR), the comprehensive analysis of the results of the internal control system was carried out at the end of 2018 to specify measures and actions that allow us to achieve an effective and preventive combat against indiscipline, illegalities and manifestations of corruption present today in the system of OSDE GELMA.

As a summary of the work carried out, participants are informed that we have an army of auditors, with 78 auditors in the system, of them in UEB 34, Company 40 and 4 in the Internal Auditors Unit.

Concluding the year with 144 internal audits in the system, detecting during the process of the execution of the audits 23 Presumed Criminal Acts, 17 by auditors of the GELMA system, 5 by auditors of the Provincial Comptroller Cienfuegos, 1 by auditors of the Santiago de Cuba and 2 during the XIII National Verification of Internal Control.

The Internal Auditors Central Unit received supervision from the UAI and 13 During the XIII National Verification to the internal control, 13 GELMA entities were audited, issuing a rating, making indications and detecting deficiencies of weight in 4 with a deficient rating.

In the culminating stage, the Logistics Business Group has assumed important tasks that were entrusted by the direction of the Ministry of Agriculture. Today there are advances that are the result of the result of the labor and management groups, although there are still insufficiencies in the work developed.
