On January 28, with 166 anniversaries of the birth of the National Hero José Julián Martí Pérez, forerunner of Cuban national independence and manager of the Cuban Revolutionary Party, the Organ of Paintings of the Logistic Group of the Minag develops the Annual Balance of the result of its management of the year 2018.

The work projections for monitoring the application of the policy of tables identified in the governing documents for the management work in the entity are summarized in three objectives that facilitate the evaluation of the results of work in the year that concludes.

First: Advance with quality in the process of selection and promotion of cadres and reserves, to respond to the needs of completion and renewal of cadres positions, so as to guarantee the continuity of work and future projections, executing the attention and stimulation of these in an integral way, combining the moral and material stimulus from the possibilities and conditions of the entity as a result of the evaluation of it.

Second: Achieve superior results in the preparation and improvement of cadres and reserves, giving priority to the performance of the position, taking into account the political-ideological, technical-professional, administration-management and defense components.

Third: Consolidate the functioning of the cadre body for the fulfillment of its work in the assessment and control of the development of the work system with the cadres, strengthening the performance of the committees, guaranteeing their creation where needed and raising the quality of their work.

It is also important to highlight that in the analysis and discussion of the document, elements on the cadre policy were carried out by 82 cadre commissions, achieving 100%, all with the participation of the members of the cadre committee, the Organ the OSDE and the Directorate of Tables of the MINAG and that in the work of gender equity and women's empowerment has increased the movements of women to management positions, at this moment it is appreciated that 569 are reserves and 411 are cadres.

Concluding with a thought of the General of Armies where it expresses:

"... if we want to succeed. It requires a prudential time to prepare and train, as we have been doing, the cadres at all levels, modify the archaic mentality and discard old habits, as well as elaborate and implement the legal framework and precise procedures that allow each and others to control that the decisions are applied in an appropriate manner, rectify the errors in a timely manner and thereby avoid unnecessary setbacks.
