The first meeting between psychologists of the system was held today at the Central Office of the Logistics Business Group. Enthusiastic, they exchange with OSDE executives, among which are President Rodolfo Rodríguez Expósito and Lizandra Bergantiño Castro, a labor psychologist in the Human Capital area, who transmit the experiences they have obtained so far in their organization, mainly in aspects related to the work climate and interpersonal relationships.

Taking into account the responsibility and the new functions assumed by our business system, it becomes necessary from the updating of the guidelines, the objectives of the PCC Conference, and the compendium of guiding documents with the strategy to follow in each process, improve the procedures of incorporation, selection, sending to courses and internal movements, in a way that fits these requirements and the designed policy that ensures the incorporation into the system of people who meet the expectations and distinctive competencies of the organization.

The task is classified first order and very important, so it can not be underestimated, which will be enhanced by converting the contributions of the psychologist into a tool to conduct Gelma in the system.

Happy of the actions carried out conclude taking as fundamental agreement the updating of the procedures where the steps to be followed in terms of personnel selection are reflected, making exchanges of this kind at least twice a year.
