Chaired by the Director of Human Capital of OSDE Gelma, Luis Leoner Duany Acea was held, on October 23, 2018, a warm welcome to the 65 young graduates of higher education, which were incorporated into the logistics system throughout its composition throughout the country, was attended by the President of the entity Rodolfo Rodríguez Expósito, in addition to Adriana Ballester Director of Human Capital of the Central Organ of the Ministry of Agriculture among other directors and members of the core of the PCC organism.

As part of the exchange, a tour of the facilities of the Agricultural Supply Wholesale Company (EMSA) was conducted, with the aim of showing the recent graduates the work of this company, which is facing imports ensuring an efficient performance of Logistics Services and Wholesale Marketing of resources and inputs required for agricultural, forestry and tobacco production, this entity has been strengthened, showing its progressive progress in each of the stages of the dignification process and declared a national vanguard by the National Union of Workers Farming, Forestry and Tobacco Growers.
